Mike Edwards, President
& CEO |
 |
Mike
has been involved with the suppliers to the railroad industry
for over 20 years. Mike served in management with a major
roller bearing manufacturer where he provided interactive
training materials to the industry and handled all corporate
media interactions.
He
has also provided consulting services to railroads, private
freight car owners and railroads. He is well known for his
innovative media and Internet systems involving employee
training, freight car parts identification and product awareness.
Mike has designed and developed interactive displays and
presentations for various industry participants for their
use at trade shows and other industry gatherings.

John
Robertson, Vice President & COO |
John
has joined iIRX as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
after accumulating 30 years experience in freight car mechanical
management with a class 1 railroad. He has also served as
a consultant to railroads, leasing companies and contract
repair facilities.
He
was a member of the Association of American Railroads mechanical
Arbitration Committee for 19 years and served as its Chairman.
He is presently serving as a member of the Board of Directors
of the Mechanical Association Railcar Technical Services
(MARTS) and has served as President of the Board.
John
was a pioneer in freight car maintenance data systems and
introduced the use of radio based hand held computers for
freight car maintenance data collection to the industry.
During his years in railroad management, he supervised freight
car maintenance, lease car maintenance issues, personnel
matters and intermodal equipment maintenance. He also served
on major merger implementation teams and as a corporate
advisor for computer issues.

| Susan
Robertson, Vice President & CFO |

Susan
has joined iIRX as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
after 25 years in management with various freight car and
locomotive leasing companies. Her various managerial positions
included freight car and locomotive maintenance, operations
and marketing support.
She
was a member of the Association of American Railroads mechanical
Arbitration Committee for nine years and also served as
its Chairman. Susan also served on the Association of American
Railroads Master Control Board that considered the merits
of various computer related industry wide projects.
She
was active in freight car hire issues and participated in
the development of freight car deprescription. Susan
is also a member of the League of Rail-way Industry Women.

| Adam
Boyd, Vice President of Systems Development |
Adam
holds a B.S. in computer science from The College of New
Jersey. He has worked extensively creating internet applications
for the rail industry, and has actively consulted for the
advertising industry in its transformation to the web.
Adam has extensive experience in object-oriented design,
system architecture, database administration, and project
management. Current interests include the .NET Framework,
Distributed Computing, Web Services, modular application
design, Artificial Intelligence, database design/architecture,
and application maintainability.

| Megan
Boyd, Art Director | Traffic Coordinator |

Megan
holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and has worked closely
with major rail corporations creating digital presentations,
internet applications, online training programs, web sites,
and print media. She is also an active member of the League
of Railway Industry Women.
Megan has created the identity for the iIRX company as well
as providing the artwork for all of their products and promotionals.
Megan's design philosophy is centered around creating interfaces
that are attractive to the user without sacrificing content
or ease of use. Her interests include web animation, illustration,
as well as being a Lord of the Rings nerd.

Daniel R. Matonis, Quality Assurance
& Site Administrator
|
|
Dan joined IIRX in February 2003, and
has since been an integral part of our daily operations. Dan
develops and implements our internal and customer testing plans,
as well as handling maintenance operations, customer support, and
quality assurance.
